I'm watching it now! They said john was coming up next...I'm surprised he's on so early, it's not even 8 yet! edit: just a little interview, I recorded it but didn't actually hear it yet cause I was callling my mom to tell her he was on :lol: The music will be later, like I thought. And Eric Clapton, how exciting! At the beginning of the show they called them "two legends" , so I guess John is officially a legend now :D

It was...stellar. John and Eric doing "Crossroads" was just incredible!!!

I got teary during dreaming with a broken heart, it brought back concert memoriess :cry: :cry: Dude him and Eric were TIGHT, damn I love that song they did.

I love the matching guitars, that was very cool!

That was great! And they gave him lots of time, quite a bit longer than the concerts on the Today show. Did anyone else do what my mom did and miss the interview at the end because she turned it off after Crossroads? :roll:

I saw it. The anchors on that program (minus Diane Sawyer, of course) are so lame. The funniest thing was when the weather guy made some asinine comment about being surprised John was so "nice" (ass!!!) and John looked at him and coyly said, "isn't there a funnel cloud somewhere you should be watching" (or something like that!) LMAO!

I love it when that guy was like I'm surprise how nice you are John.. then John goes .SHUT UP CHAMPION :lol: :lol: Why do people say "surprise your nice" that's kinda a ass hole thing to say really, I mean I'm sure he wasn't trying to imply that John comes off a ass hole, but really its not like anyone is surprise John is nice. Cocky, arrogant sometimes but he is nice. Its not like you know its famous for being an asshole :?

I've gotten used to the lameness of these tv people lol...that was so cute being "mean" to the weatherman at the end :lol:

Thank the Heavens for DVR. I'm going to watch that over and over again. And I loved the advice John gave at the end about getting off of myspace for a second and just playing guitar. Whenever I feel down on my playing, he always says something to make me want to get better and that's exactly why I love that dude. He's amazing .
