I'll chat with you, Tracy! How far do you have to drive to that show, since it's in VA? It's almost 2 and a half hours to the Pittsburgh show for us...I can't believe he's not stopping in Cleveland this time, he always has before, but it makes me think there will be another tour in the near future....it sounds like you got better seats than we did, I think I'm a little jealous ;)

Awww, thanks Lauri, I can always count on you! :D Let's see, it will us about two hours to get down there, the traffic is always a mess around the Capital Beltway, although, thinking about it, it's a Sunday night on Labor Day weekend. It's close to our wedding anniversary, so we're making it an overnighter somewhere around the venue....hmmm...think Dan will stay after and let me catch a glimpse of John? Hmmm...have to make a deal with him I'd bet...lol As for the seats, I dunno, pure luck. We'll see when we get there. From the website pics it looks pretty close. And you can bring a camera!! I have told you this, I wish he were coming closer to me as well, like Merriweather Post, which is an exact copy of Nissan but about 20 minutes from my house! Maybe there will be a second leg of the tour. We can hope!

How do you know who's first? Do the tickets say? Hmmm, now I have to go look at mine again. We're making an overnighter of it too...our anniversary isn't till October but we can call it an early anniversary getaway, probably won't go anywhere in October anyway.

My set list from last night: Why Georgia Bigger Than My Body Belief Something's Missing Slow Dancing in a Burning Room I Don't Trust Myself (With Loving You) Daughters Vultures Waiting on the World to Change Gravity No Such Thing Clarity I GOT BOTH!!! Clarity and Belief!!! I almost cried when I heard the intro to Belief. I have never been so moved by seeing John as I was last night. And then to get Slow Dancing and Gravity, which, by the way, DID reduce me to tears was the icing on a very lovely cake. John was sweet as hell and so on. His voice was amazing. Our seats were the closest I've ever been, too. He came out with Sheryl to do Favorite Mistake ( I think that's the name of the song?) and when he left, she said, "you want him back?" :D Of course! Little teeny disappointed in the shirt department, but opted for the grey John Mayer Musical Sound shirt with the JM on the back. I miss him already and he needs to tour ALONE next time!

awww so gald you had a great time Tracy. Great set list, even though i don't know any of the new songs, they still look good :lol: The title Belief...that sounds like a song i could like it :lol:
