Help An Old Lady Out....
I want to DL the nissan concert when it becomes available at score. What is a bit torrent, how do I go about doing it? I already registered. What next? And what the hell is a seether vs a feeder? Did I even get that right???? :lol: Kendra? Dora? Steph? Kiya? Gary? Lauri? Someone help me out!!!! :oops:

Seeders are people that have it available for download. The more seeders the faster your download. You download torrents in peices from meny people at once, it's alot faster. The computer acts as the a puzzle champion and assembles the bits as they come in. Leechers are people that download but don't re-up their downloads. I think that is what a feeder is as well, people downloading the torrent. I hope that helps. I can't download torrents since our university has them blocked with multiple hubs.... I researched torrents about a year ago and was trying to get Azureus the blue tree frog program to work and BitTorrent. But to no avail, the hubs and routers put the cabash on that. Good Luck!

I think you do have to install something, Tim did it last year but I don't think he re-installed it after our pc crashed recently. A couple weeks ago I was able to get the torrent of the Continuum first listen from score by right clicking on it. It worked but I don't know if that was the right way to do it because it was nothing like what Tim did to download torrents last year. I'm confused, so I can use some help too!

A good program to use is Azureus or Utorrent, I like Azureus better, it's faster.

Tracy, someone might put up a sendspace link for that show. I never hesitate to download things that way because I think it's safe (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Check the download thread at msm, or the thread for that specific show, I saw the concert the night before yours posted that way.

if/when it becomes available, i'll download it, zip it and then sendspace it to you. nooooo prob. thing is, it might all happen when i'm not here. then my sister's shower is next weekend. so i might not be on the puter as much as i normally am. let me know what i can do.
