My best guess is that it was some kind of drug....he wouldn't just relate a tylenol in a song like that. If you look at some pictures at how pale he looks it makes you wonder if he is on drugs. It's hard to say what he was talking about, but I'd say it was somethin' good....

lol well some videos i've seen of him look like he's drugged out.. but maybe that's just him high on guitar-playing - he seems like a clean kid but maybe the rocknroll lifestyle has caught up to him ;)

I was just throwing out the possibility. He's said he doesn't drink or do drugs before but who really knows. We're all human. I love the music and think he's a pretty cool guy.
I don't want this to head into speculation, so back on topic.

re: little white pill John doesn't drink or do drugs. The "little white pill" comment he's made on a few occasions. A couple of times he's referenced to that in the banter in his songs. He was referring to how marketing firms are in cohorts with pill manufacturers because they are all trying to dope up the younger generation of America. How the reason for the 5th pocket is a pill pocket. Jay Mohr refers to the same thing in his book. John's brain thinks faster than his ability to put things into the right context sometimes.
