It was awesome, loved the playing. The guys just mesh so well together. Hendrix is always awesome to play, Wait Until Tomorrow, niiice. The dancing was good too :D. The crowd was hyped at the beginning when Conan introduced the show too.

Don't forget the Trio is on the Tonight Show (Jay Leno) tonight!!!

The Ellen show with John will re-air on the Oxygen network next Thursday 1/12 at 11pm ET, in case anyone misses it today. I don't think anyone has mentioned it yet on this board, but they are also on Jimmy Kimmel tonight at midnight, on ABC, and besides the trio performance they have John listed as a panel guest (according to rock on tv).

Well I must say how lovely the Ellen performance was. And he got couch time which is always a plus. It was rather funny that he gave her his ekg (?) results. Anyway, this was the first besides a bit on the CNN new years that I've seen of the recent JM3 performances. I'm usually never up too late and my vcr is on the mends so I can't timer record. Plus, I have the worst record for remembering when things are on. So, it was extra nice to finally catch something.

I think the performance was really good. The EKG printout, such a lovely gift idea.

Yes, so very clever in a John kind of way. I thought the performance was rather solid although I don't have a lot to compare to. But the vocals seemed to be some of better I've heard in a while.
