Hey! How was Williamsburg, Tracy? Who has their Christmas shopping done? Not me, but yesterday I did find the toy that Ben most wants so that's a relief! The in-laws will probably wait till the weekend to come...I'll let you know when I'm ready for that virtual martini!

Williamsburg was great, Lauri! Thanks for asking!! We had great weather, they even had a colonial Santa! I will post pics soon. Getting closer to finishing shopping! Have to bake like MAD, though. Yeah, I just saw that about the tour dates! Maybe I should consider a spring trip to Maryland? And West Virginia is on that list too...amazing!

Hey gals! Today is my birthday, and I had brownies for breakfast-woohoo! That trip to Williamsburg sounds like great fun, Trace! Well, I've started my Christmas shopping anyway. I bought some lights and went over to my moms and decorated her front porch, and that will be part of her Christmas present. I still need to get some garland and add to it, but it's a start. I'm listening to the Rolling Stone Q&A--good stuff, thanks Lauri! No love for OK or TX on the tour list :( Ah well, I'll have to get my concert kicks vicariously, I guess... Midshipmen and Mayer sounds like a dangerous combination, Tracy :) Jo

Aaaw, thanks Lauri! Love the party smiley :) The day has been pretty darn good so far, and hubby, daughter, and I will go out to dinner tonight. Her math final is tomorrow so I didn't know if she'd feel like she could take a break, but she told me she has to eat sometime. lol Jo

Thanks, Tracy! My birthday was great! My oldest and dearest friend stopped by with a birthday present after work, and I had a nice dinner with the fam. I wish I could email you and Lauri a brownie, they were delish :) I dunno--that concert list might not be complete, but it had to come from somewhere. Thinking about a tour is a happy thought, so I appreciate you sharing it. No duh there Happy hump day gals! (why does that always sound so dirty? lol) Jo

I went to have the CD player that my mom got me for a combination birthday/Christmas present installed in my car last night, so more JM tunes in the car for me :x When I was a kid I wasn't too crazy about combination birthday/Christmas presents. I'm here, Tracy! I've been so busy it's ridiculous...I sure have missed this place though, it feels like it's been years :-( The in-laws have been here 6 days...I'm ready for that martini now! Ben has strep throat but he started the antibiotic today so hopefully he'll be okay in time for Christmas. I'm gonna be wrapping gifts like crazy tonight, while waiting to see John on Conan! In case I don't get back here in the next couple days, I hope all you moms, and Stephy (the "cat mom") have a wonderful Christmas :xmas:
