What camera do you have Lauri, I'm thinking of upgrading mine this year or next when I have the money. I have a Powershot A75 with 3.2 mega pixels I thought that was good, but It sucks at concerts, I can't work with the lighting. But yours looks like it takes awesome pictures under bright and darker lights. I couldn't watch the Oscars last night but I was so excited when I heard The Departed won best film AND Martin Scorsese won best director. Its about damn time that man won, he's been nominated 5 other times for best director but never won. Him and Leo make such a damn good team, like how Johnny Depp and Tim Burton are. It just fits.

We've had that camera for exactly a year now, it's a Panasonic, model DMC-LZ2. It has 6x optical zoom and 5 megapixels, like I already said. Tim just told me that he saw a Panasonic on sale this week with 1ox optical zoom, found it online if you want to see it: click here I just figured out how to code the url like that, that's fun lol....I always wondered how people did that, now the mystery is solved! I am easily amused :lol: I didn't watch all of the Oscars either, WAY too long. Saw An Inconvient Truth win though.

We're not planning to buy that camera, Tim just likes to look at all the electronics on sale...it is a very nice one, but ours is good enough. But if I did buy it, I'd send you my other one, Kiya ;)

God how I wish I had a new job, you have NO IDEA how much I am going nuts. I am ready to shoot myself because of how boring it is. But I can't quite till after this fall, or I'll loose my vacation and pay days :roll: I'm working overtime right now, 10 hours a day, but that's a big load in my bank account so I'm not complaining lol

So tonight is my Josh Groban concert. Hopefully it won't get cancelled cause we just got hit with that HUGE storm storm. Its not looking to good right now :o Hopefully he already made it into Boston before the storm, cause he was coming up from last night's show in Philadelphia. eek. Oh well, so I'll be back tomorrow hopefully in one piece if the storm doesn't eat me :lol:

Steph, how was the concert?????

It was really good, I like this show a lot better then the first time I saw him. But the people in the crowd sucked no one was really into it seemed and so many people on the Josh board said the same thing. I saw more energy at the Manchester show then in Boston, Oh well. His opening act was amazing, she's a musician from Africa and her and Josh did a song together to they were awesome. I LOVED this set up this time, and he had videos playing in the background which I love. His lighting was also kick ass, he did so many things different on this tour then last one. The Boy knows how to sing to, he pulled out my favorite song from the second album which I wasn't expecting to hear this time again, he sang it last time but I didn't expect him to sing it again :o After he got done singing the placed erupted, I mean he got a standing ovation cause its a song that everyone loves. My mom loved it to, she LOVES him now lol and he's kick butt on the drums, if he ever stops singing he could play drums for a band lol One thing I love about him is his humor, you wouldn't think for someone who singes such serious music he would be a dork like he is. At one point he heard all these guys cheering he screams "THERE ARE GUYS HERE? SHOW YOURSELVES!! LOL ha. There is a women by the name of Lucia Micarelli, now she is just mind blowing she's his violinist, and she rocks like you wouldn't believe. Dora saw Josh to the other night to, and she said she has violin faces like John has with guitar faces..LOL its true I can say she is nothing like most violinist that plays sappy music..I suggest checking her out if you really like classical music she's got edge I love. I saw her the first time to and was so glad he brought her back. Steph, don't be too worried if you can't do the presale next week until after work, I just said this in the mom thread, but tonight I tried at 7 pm to get tickets, just for fun, and got row 6 for 2 different shows. Then at 11 pm tonight I got row 8! Not too bad for 12-13 hours into the presale! And I have still been considering coming to Boston...but Tim's family reunion and celebration of his mom's 80th birthday is in July and they are planning a big gathering and renting cabins for a weeklong vacation, so I think that might be a problem because they haven't settled on the exact dates yet. But Tracy and I still want to have Mayerfest with you ( I think I can speak for Tracy lol) even if it's not this summer :-(
