Yikes! 7 am is so early....I guess that means no more late nights watching Conan :( But getting done at 3:30 is pretty good, and having every weekend off....you can stay up for Conan on Fridays ;) Good luck talking to your boss at the store! Don't be nervous, you can do it! Just tell him you're leaving, and that's that!

Well what's going to be hard is that i am a late night sleeper. I just don't go to bed till like 12-1 (even 2am) i just like staying up late. So my body is going to get a major shocker. I know i love watching conan and it sucks cause comedy central use to have reruns of the show they would show the ep the day after i don't think they do that anymore. So now to just get 7 hours sleep i need to be in bed by 10 which god that is going to suck majorly i'm not going to lie. But oh well, part of being a "responsible adult" with a full time job is what i get uh?..LOL I guess i'll have to save up for tivo which i really want lol

I know how it is to be a late-night person, I'm the same way! I've only been getting 5-6 hours of sleep during the week, I can usually get 8 on weekends, but I feel crappy most days because I know I should get 7-8 hours....I just love to stay up late anyway! Tivo would be nice...maybe after you buy your car you can get that next :-D

lauri? lol Im now addicted to the history channel, i've been watching it like crazy for the past week(since i've got nothing else to do) History was always my favorite subject in school. I watched that Abraham Lincoln documentary and wow if you get that channel you have to watch it. Its sooooo good. Its about his depression(a very serious one too) he had all his life and how if influenced his presidencey and how it made him into one of the greatest presidents. Very interesting show they talk about stuff that they never taught people in school, which is sad. As you can tell i'm a history freak..LOL I've also been watching that series on the same channel that talks about all the presidents from Washington to Bush. I love watching stuff like that. K i'm done ranting lol

I loved history in school too...my dad was a history teacher so I guess I inherited it from him lol. Lincoln is interesting, I've read a lot about him...but I don't have the history channel.

Hey Steph and Lauri, My husband is hooked on the history channel, too, Steph, so we watch it a lot. I sometimes call it "all Hitler, all the time" because it seems like there is so much WWII stuff, but the Lincoln show sounds like it would be good. Maybe I'll still get a chance to catch it. How cool that you'll get off early from your new job and have good benefits and pay! It'll be hard going in early, but you'll probably like it once you get used to it. Sounds like nice, long evenings anyway. A young friend of mine went to work in a factory that makes trailers. She's so sweet that everybody just loves her there, and they found out she has a degree in graphic arts and is very talented. Now she's working in the office and does their product ads and catalogs. So, you never know where an entry level position might lead you :) Enjoy this "downtime" week. We have plenty of time to work in our lives! xox, Jo

Looks like that Lincoln show will be on again Saturday at 4 pm...you've made me want to see it so maybe I'll tape it at my parents house because they have the history channel...Jo, you can see it too! Acutally i've been watching it all weekend and week and there hasn't been anything about hilter its acutally been all about the civil war and or events around it. Its werid. lol meh i went to bed at like 11, couldn't fall asleep, it was like probably around 2ish when i did finalll fell asleep. I ended up waking up at like 4:30 and couldn't go back to sleep so finally around 6 i got up, took a shower picked up my room and went back to bed at 8 then got up at around 1. My life is so exciting. lol

Its gotten better, i was lucky it was mostly a sinus thing, i didn't get the coughing part of it which i hate. I was taking major cold stuff for it and poping vitamins like it was the end of the world lol I go back to work on thursday hopefully by then everyone would have heard i was leaving so i don't have to tell anyone :oops: but i'm sure i'll have to meantion it to some people. So how is everything in lauri's world? lol

I took the cat to the vet today, how's that for exciting? Anna's got a cold now...gave her cough medicine before bed, I think that is the nastiest stuff in the world, but she LIKES it! I should have given her more vitamins. I'm sure your co-workers at the store will be happy for you, like we are :-D
