Hey Steph, I'm so sorry that your boss is giving you such a hassle! Her management skills are really poor if she is talking to everyone but you :( It seems like there is always someone who just has to throw their weight around just to make themselves feel more important. AARRGGHH!! But since you don't seem to like the work or the environment there, maybe it might be a good idea to start looking for something better. But I'd say just try to keep working hard and keep your head down (out of her line of fire)until you can find a new job. I wouldn't tell anyone there you're looking for a new job though, because it doesn't sound like they're too trustworthy and sometimes bosses just get mad and let people go if they find out they're job hunting. Well i am looking I'm always looking for a new job that i could get that maybe i'll like. I'm not telling people i'm looking cause techinally even though i am its not like i am planning on leaving soon unless something falls into my lap sooner. Its hard cause i don't talk to my supervisor at all but she always "watching" me and its more tiring to look busy then when you are busy, if that makes any sense. This week i've been trying SO hard to learn everything and i'm starting to catching on alot of things. I mean i guess it was good thing that one of my co-wokers told me to watch my back cause the first 2 weeks i was there i wasn't really putting in the effort i think i should have. i mean i was, but i figured as time went on i would learn things but i guess i better get on the ball and learn things FASTER. Oh well i don't work monday cause its presidents day though i think someone told cause i'm still in my 90 day start, i don't get paid :evil: So there goes a day pay that i am not happy if i don't get. But i dunno we will see.

Yay for 3-day weekends :-D It sure would be nice if a new job would fall in your lap...I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, it could happen!
