Ugh, don't get me started. My brother's wife is like a dark cloud over every family gathering :-( But that was yesterday...today I don't have to see her, so I feel fine :-)

Steph, I just found out you im'd me yesterday when we weren't home! And then nobody noticed it when we got home...and we forgot to shut off the computer last night.... and I used a different computer earlier today so I didn't notice it. So Anna just now got on and said, "Stephanie sent you a message"....I look and see that it was 22 hours ago :lol: Sorry :oops:

Haha, I just closed the conversation from yesterday...first I tried to see if I could reply 24 hours later, but it didn't work. I think we were actually home at the time, I just saw the time you sent it and it was later than I thought...my brother was here and I was making pierogies lol

No, not homemade pierogies, I was just preparing frozen ones from Trader Joe's (better than most frozen pierogies I've found). I do make a lot of things homemade, but that's something I've never tried. But our church sells pierogies during Lent made by little old Polish ladies in Cleveland....good stuff! I'm partial to sauerkraut ones, but potato is always good! No Polish in me, just mostly German...hence my love of sauerkraut! Romanian Germans actually. But my brother from Germany adores all things Polish, and I was making the pierogies for him the other night. He's been to Poland a lot, and brought us all some Polish souvenirs...slippers, socks and pretty little wooden boxes :D BTW, it's my other brother with the difficult wife, not the one from Germany!

I've never heard of sauerkraut pierogies, but yum, they sound delish! I never get kraut unless it's a holiday...I am the only lover of it in my family (Dan and the kids). My grandparents immigrated from Poland. I am somehow related to Sophie, the character Meryl Streep played in Sophie's Choice. :D

OMG you guys i am so excited right now i am sooooooo doing that AMA's thing that John is going to do with fans quotes and pictures. Seriously no way in hell am i sitting this one out, i don't care if mine doesn't make it, at least i tried. So i gotta make this thing stand out somehow so i could get picked..LOL GAH!!!! sure :lol: I didn't meantion this, but i got a letter from Lindsay last week, I almost cried :-( But i sent one back to her today but she's going to get a little surprised, i sent her the Performing Songwriter magazine with that *gorgous* picture of a CERTIAN someone :D

Guess who's going to see Godsmack..yup got my ticket tonight :D Still waiting on if i can make it to see John though :-( But right now i'm excited i'm seeing Godsmack WAHOOOOOOO! lol

I am seriously sitting on fire burning my ass if i don't know right now if i can make it to see john, i'm trying not to get worked up but its still all weighing if i can find a hotel, i mean we found one but its weird. Geez, I thought for a second you had 6th row tickets! I hope you can go...usually they have good hotels near a university and i see on that site it says University of Mass. so you'd think they would :?
