I'd look to see how deep the water was and how high the bridge was. If it wasn't scary or too dangerous, sure! I'm very adverturous, but I would have a friend there to take a picture of me jumping next to the sign, it would be hilarious. If I did get cought it would be a funny thing to be arrested for.
