< Help meee! ~ Topic Reply Notifications?

Hey... since this morning, I've been getting a topic notification for what seems like EVERY post on the PF. I know I didn't post on all of these topics, nor did I click anything to recieve 'em. Anyone else have this problem? Any way to make it stop besides clicking "Stop Watching Topic" in the emails? Hmmm
