Think of your three favorite bands or artists of all time as it concerns music. These should not be new faves, but ones that you have a long-term relationship with. Music that has endured when others have not, music that has always been great to you, or music that has actually gotten better for you as you grew.
OK, now that you have these in mind, please do a search for each of them at:
http://www.allmusic.com/
After you do a search, a page for the artist in question will appear, and in the lower-left hand corner of the page will be a list of adjectives that (hopefully) describe the music. Please copy those adjectives and create a 3-part list, then post them here - but do not tell us the names of your three bands.
Does the list of adjectives do well in describing your own person? Let us know if they do, and if so, tell us how and why. Please remember, do not post the actual names of your three bands/artists, even though they are ones you enjoy greatly. |
